As part of the family tradition, Valérie and Lucien Barba have marked out the 4th generation by creating the fishmonger/brasserie concept. Lucien welcomes you on board his "boat” to taste all the wonders of the sea. You can choose your own fish or shellfish from the stall or catch your own shellfish in the live tanks. Then, in the kitchen, Valérie will prepare it to your specifications with all the Mediterranean flavours. Specialities include: Bouzigues Oyster Soup - "Valrassienne" Cuttlefish Stew – Mame Pascaline Monkfish Bourride – Sète Squid – Crab Ravioli flavoured with Lobster.
